Mr. Garcia serves as the Chief Operating Officer of GV LAW, overseeing the firm’s financial management, operational infrastructure, and administrative strategy. With more than 20 years of international experience in accounting, shared-services operations, and enterprise-level financial systems, he brings a global perspective to the firm’s growth, efficiency, and organizational excellence.

Prior to joining GV LAW, Mr. Garcia held senior finance and operations roles across Latin America, managing regional financial functions and leading large-scale ERP deployments for multinational organizations. His expertise includes SAP FI implementations, Oracle ERP integrations, financial reconciliations, intercompany accounting, general ledger oversight, and month-end close processes. He has successfully guided financial operations in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and supporting scalable systems architecture.

Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has earned a reputation for optimizing financial workflows, strengthening internal controls, and executing transformative process improvements. Notably, he led initiatives that reduced payment-application processing time by more than 50% and decreased manual errors by 95%, delivering measurable operational impact.

Most recently, Mr. Garcia served as the FI Regional Business Owner for a multinational corporation, where he directed SAP implementation projects in Chile and Argentina. He was responsible for aligning business requirements with system design, leading data-migration strategy, conducting comprehensive testing, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and training teams across multiple business units.

At GV LAW, Mr. Garcia oversees firmwide operations including finance, budgeting, technology, process governance, and vendor management and plays a central role in building the firm’s scalable infrastructure.
