Mr. Garcia is the Founder and Managing Attorney of GV LAW PLLC. His practice encompasses advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and cross-border structuring. He represents buyers, sellers, investors, and high-growth companies in connection with the acquisition, sale, restructuring, and financing of middle-market businesses across diverse industries, including healthcare, professional services, construction, technology, and consumer ventures.

A significant portion of Mr. Garcia’s work involves guiding clients through complex U.S. and international transactional matters. He regularly advises foreign companies entering the U.S. market, coordinating multijurisdictional structuring, regulatory alignment, and operational readiness. He also serves select companies as outside Chief Legal Officer, providing ongoing strategic counsel in contract architecture, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.

Prior to founding GV LAW, Mr. Garcia supported sophisticated corporate and transactional practices on matters involving asset and equity acquisitions, commercial leasing, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border development projects.
